Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses in United Kingdom only.
Order Processing Time
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 10:00 PM GMT are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote/regional areas, peak periods, weather events, or carrier delays.
Carrier & Tracking
We ship with Royal Mail.
Tracking details are sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over GBP 39.
- Flat-rate shipping: GBP 4.99 for orders under GBP 39.
Address & Delivery Notes
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes where supported by Royal Mail
- Parcel lockers / Packstations: We do not ship to parcel locker or Packstation-style addresses at this time.
- If an address appears incomplete, we will contact you to confirm details.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in more than one package.
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, contact us. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost (or offer an alternative resolution where appropriate).
