We ship our products to customers in United Kingdom. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@bycastello.com to see if we can arrange a special delivery.

For domestic shipments in United Kingdom, we use the following reliable delivery providers:

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your order. At checkout, shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on your location and chosen supplier.

Delivery times

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery usually takes 5-11 working days, divided into the following stages:

• • Processing time: 1-3 working days
    
  • This includes order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, quality control and careful packaging of your items.
    
  • Delivery time: 4-8 working days
    
  • Delivery time depends on your location and the transit period from our international shipping centre to your door.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as holidays or sales. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Order processing

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We process orders within 24-48 hours, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status.

International Shipping

For customers outside of United Kingdom, we offer international shipping through reliable courier services such as DHL Express and UPS. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, depending on the laws of the receiving country. These costs are covered by the customer.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not delivered due to incorrect address information or because it is not picked up from a collection point, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Delayed deliveries

Whilst we do our best to deliver orders within expected delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or carrier delays). In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and endeavour to find a solution.
